Creo was the CAD package I learned first manuevering through engineering school. It has a good MoldTooling add-on that provides robust analysis of mold design and mold flow. You can use rendering features to make your design look great it offers you a lot of feature to design different shapes. Maybe the drawing section can be considered as good but thats all. ![]() The newest version of PTC Creo uses heavy RAM on PC which makes it sometime unstable and laggy, though if the PC contains 8gb of RAM then it wont be an issue at all. Ve been using some form of Creo in multiple Jobs for 10 years, and the only thing that it is able to do consistently is confuse and annoy me. Plenty functions and easy to work with others, but hard to learn the software interface and hard to use it for curvature surfaces.
